A path from fear to love.  

Have you ever felt as though you were cut off from yourself – your real thoughts, feelings and desires out of reach? It is a lonely and painful place. If you have been there, you’re not alone. 

We can be driven away from our true selves when our environments don’t accept us for who we are – or when we have been controlled or abused. Long after the abuse ends, we carry a broken relationship with our inner self – the most important relationship we have. How do we find ourselves again? 

Writing this blog, I am finding my way out of the confined chambers of shame and fear and into spaces freedom, truth, connection, and authenticity. I hope to make healing a little easier for all of us by sharing windows of my process with you.
